Epson's E-KAIZEN Activities FY2023 Worldwide Team Presentations Convention was a landmark event in our continuous journey towards improvement and excellence. This convention, the first large-scale assembly of our global teams in four years, celebrated the innovative and impactful achievements of our employees.

During this inspiring event, 13 elite teams from Japan, China, Southeast Asia, and Europe/America showcased their ground-breaking solutions, each contributing to enhanced processes and heightened customer satisfaction. These presentations not only reflected Epson's commitment to innovation but also our dedication to responding to customer needs with agility and creativity.

A special award has been presented to the Singapore Epson Plating Division's 'Squad Team' for their outstanding performance.
