The AUTOLAB electrochemical station is used for the evaluation and analysis of material corrosion (SS, Metal coating, etc.). It can also be used for quantitative analysis of metal ions and some organic ions (CN-, S2-, SO32-, NO2-, NO3-, EDTA, Vitamins, Acetons, etc.).

 

Main Application/Advantages


The main applications of this machine are the detection of oxidation capacity of solutions, corrosion potentials, and the analysis of corrosion current and rate using the Tafel method, full cyclic voltammetry, polarography and the drop mercury method. For example, the AUTOLAB electrochemical station can be used to analyze CV spectrum with different organic additives.
