Micro Scratch Tester CSR2000
A Micro Scratch Testing system is useful for evaluating thin films such as DLC, TiN, ITO and optical parts. It allows for the measurement and determination of adhesion strength between thin films of less than 1 micron and substrates using the micro scratch method. Micro scratch testing uses an oscillating diamond stylus to scratch surfaces, and allows for easy detection of the point of film fracture. Epson has installed more than 150 Micro Scratch testing systems in Japan.
